Can I cancel my order? Unfortunately, once you have placed and submitted your order and your order has been already been in the making phase, you can NOT cancel your order.
How long is shipping? All customized jewelry takes about 2-4 weeks, due to processing, carving, polishing and shipping times. Though, this may vary for some products, some require less time.
Do I receive a tracking number? Yes, you will be sent a tracking number to your email, please be sure to enter an email during checkout. You can track your order on USPS tracking, which is also connected to our site.
If I made a mistake during checkout with my information, Can I change it? Yes, you can change it between 24-48 hours. Please email your concern in the Contact tab.
Can I get my piece wet?
Yes, all custom jewelry is Stainless steel, meaning they are water friendly! They will not change color.
Can I get a refund?
Because each product is customized, it is impossible to process a refund unless under extenuating circumstances! If you have any questions, please contact me.
Why does my tracking number say it was delivered to another address?
All pieces are delivered to the CEO for proper customization, then to the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
During the Chinese New Year holiday, which runs from February 12 to early March, our Photo/Name vendor will not be in production. This pause does not apply to initial products. However, any orders placed during this time will be processed later in March, with delivery expected in early April. If you need your product in time for Valentine's Day or early March, please make sure to place your order at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.
